My passion for helping others started with working in homeless shelters. This experience instilled a passion to hear people’s stories and recognize each person as unique and valuable.
One of the most difficult times that has shaped much of my journey as a therapist is my own journey being diagnosed with a critical illness near the end of my graduate training in 2014. This was one of those phone calls that I would have never imagined. It is through this challenging circumstance I was able to grow as an individual in walking through my own journey of healing, benefitting from some of the same evidence based practices I can now use to help others. I believe that it has helped me to gain insight into how it may feel to have life throw you a curve ball that you didn’t expect and the challenges of re organizing the self-afterwards.
I am also very passionate about my dog Lucy

Geordy graduated from Yorkville University in 2016 with a Master of Counselling Psychology degree. Geordys capstone research was focused on evidence based approaches to Bipolar Disorder with a fascination of how to best support individuals dealing with diagnosis. He would like to continue expanding his skills working with couples, and individuals learning and integrating both somatic and cognitive based therapies.

I have a Masters in Counselling Psychology and a Registered Social Worker. I have worked in a variety of settings, from drop in centers, group homes, family based addictions programs, to my current role as therapist in a private practice in Saskatchewan, which I have been involved in for the last 14 months
I have a background as a Social Worker where I became involved in helping people with depression, anxiety, difficulties managing substance use, and recovering from traumatic experiences.
I have training in EMDR, CBT, and utilize an attachment theory informed perspective to help people identify patterns in their relationships that may be getting in the way, and help them find a new path forward.
I recognize that while many patterns are developed in our early years, we don’t have to relive them to move forward.
If you are experiencing low mood, heightened anxiety, or are looking to recover from a traumatic and difficult experience, we can collaboratively find a path forward together.

For Andrew, working as a therapist is an act of human service, where professional excellence and quality care intertwine to create a sense of safety and well-being for those seeking support. He finds nothing more fulfilling than journeying alongside individuals (15+), couples, and families during times of difficulty, helping them navigate the complexities of life and move toward meaningful therapeutic change.
As a counsellor, Andrew sees himself as a guide on the side, facilitating depth of discovery and supporting clients in gaining a deeper understanding of themselves and their potential for change. Through an integrative approach that draws from a range of therapeutic methods, he tailors treatment to each person’s unique circumstances and needs. Some of the approaches Andrew uses include Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Gestalt, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Emotion Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
Andrew believes that counselling provides a bridge between challenging circumstances and hopeful change. At its core, the therapeutic relationship gives people a safe space to explore and work through deep-seated psychological concerns, free from judgment or bias. Whatever the issue — emotional turmoil, life transitions, crisis, doubt, frustration, spiritual struggle, or trauma — counselling lays the groundwork for resilience and a path forward toward personal healing and transformation.
Known for his calm presence, thoughtful questions, and ability to help clients move from feeling stuck to gaining clarity and direction, Andrew’s work is rooted in respect, curiosity, and a belief that people already hold many of the answers within — they just sometimes need the right environment to find them.
Areas of support: trauma/PTSD, Anxiety/Depression, emotional disorders, grief and loss, emotion regulation, stress and burnout, life transitions, men’s mental health, pornography addition, spirituality/meaning and purpose.

Hello! I am Jilynne, a radically honest Provisional Psychologist who appreciates laughing and swearing (if you’re into that).
My style is very relaxed and humorous; you may enjoy working with me if you have ever read, or wanted to read, “F**k It Therapy.” All jokes aside, my primary goal in the early stages is to create a space that feels incredibly safe for you.
I work with individuals (ages 14+) and couples. My special interests are anger, addiction, anxiety, relationship concerns, sexuality/intimacy concerns, ethical non-monogamy, and trauma.
So many people feel stuck and don’t know how to move forward. I can help you look at things from many perspectives (emotional wounds in childhood, harmful thinking patterns, major life changes, and more) so that you no longer feel at a crossroads in life.
I know that therapy can be scary and vulnerable, and taking this first step can be so overwhelming. Just know that I see you. Not only do I see the challenges that you face, but I see the strengths you already possess. Are you ready to take this journey with me?
